There's a looming demand of land or properties near Rajarhat or behind Ruby General Hospital. I personally encountered with such a situation where, even I had to witdraw the advance of Rs.50K from the brokers. Because I found that the land I've booked behind Ruby General Hospital is a vested land by Govt after searching the property. The agents and brokers and sub brokers would produce different falsified search report infront of you. But, please restrict the grid of yours, those might become "Limon" once purchase and realize, it would be too late.

The idea is pretty good. But I have the experience of a few cases where people fake different types of things. I request you not to believe (and put on the site) any story that someone may just send you. I can send you 2 stories a day, about all the people I don't like and would love to be framed - from different ids and disguises.
In Delhi, a supposed Sting operation that generated tremendous popular reaction was found to be faked by the Reporter and the reporter, the girl who posed as a student to testify that her schoolteacher has forced her into prostitution etc. are all in the Police custody now. But all these have happened after the Police (in CM's order) did a serious investigation for 10/15 days and found everything out. will it give back that poor framed lady the same respect that she had before she was suspended by the school (then sacked by the Govt but after investigation is complete Govt. has reinstated her), manhandled by the public, forced out of their house by neighbours etc. ???????????????????????
A case in point is that, I know a Swapan Kr. Chowdhury of Labony, who is himself a big crook and cheated out of a friend of mine a lot of money. If he is this, I will not believe anything that he has said and you have written. Thank you.
There has been too many crooks around us. Can U really go after them ? U can't go after anybody who belongs to the party, your office will be ransacked and burnt. Or anybody from the administration, your business will be closed and U'll be jailed in an Income Tax case (or are U a sadhu, who always gives the right tax ??? )

Nevertheless, what can you do being a third-party to any such case. At last you will find you've become too old taking rounds at the lower courts all over West Bengal.
Better don't indulge into people's personal problems when you don't have any power to judge & impose WHO & WHAT is Right or Wrong!!!
